Per Askestad has worked as a consultant in the advertising and communication industry for over 35 years internationally and in Denmark, for example, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBDO, and Bates. Per has helped developing companies and their market relationships in many different industries and for the past 10 years, his work has primarily been in the boardroom, and in that connection participated in several transactions.
Peter Fredgaard

Peter Fredgaard has worked for over 40 years in or for owner-managed companies in Denmark. The starting point was at the auditing firm Askgaard Olesen (now PWC) with subsequent positions as CFO in the printing industry. This was followed by a period as CEO in the publishing industry, including development director in Aller’s b-t-b companies, and Peter has in that context completed several transactions.
Kristian Tuft
M&A, finance & IT • PARTNER
Kristian Tuft has for the past 35 years worked as a consultant in Big-4 companies, and as CFO and director in several companies. This includes several senior positions in the ISS Group, both internationally and in Denmark. For the past 20 years, he has participated in and led numerous acquisitions and sales of companies, mostly owner-managed. He has extensive experience in the service sector, as well as working with and in private equity funds.
